Be it in the form of a TV show or a book, the energy of Modern Family is always the same.

I must say that this book is my version of the most anticipated books in 2020. That year I began watching all the episodes of the show (except Season 11 - still haven't watched it as this blog post is posted). Loved it, so much. Me and my cousin re-watched the show over and over again. Bored? Modern Family! Wake up? Modern Family time. It was basically Modern Family 24/7.
This book is basically a bible for Modern Family. The readers are given access to the stories and thoughts of the cast and crew pre-modern family, casting process, and of course during filming. Since there were lots of them, their names were mentioned for each of their contributions (re: opinions). What I don't like with this mentioning names system is that after the first mention with full name, they were only mentioned by their last name while they always refer to other persons with their first names. They are a big group of people and it's impossible to remember all of their names and not be confused. Nevertheless, it is not a really big issue.
As stated earlier, every cast and crew took part in certain parts of the books where they are relevant. I can feel that they treated each other like family, and that means they were frank with what they had to say regarding this show. No sugarcoating (or maybe a little bit? I am just a mere fan of the show, so what am I to be sure about this, right?).
Recommended?
Only if you really love Modern Family. I don't think it can be an enjoyable book to read if you are not a fan. Even at some point, I feel that there is too much information. Honestly, that is not the author's fault, but it is only my opinion. On the other hand, this is like the final something that the fans will get for anything related to Modern Family, so too much is maybe an overstatement.
